- 고령친화 집수리 사례 연구 - 고령친화 및 개인맞춤형 주거환경 만들기 사업을 중심으로 - -
사례 분석 결과 첫째, 고령친화 집수리는 자립 노인, 반자립/반의존 노인 및 의존 노인 에 적합한 집수리 모델로 적합하다. 둘째, 고령친화 집수리 사업은 기존 집수리에서 적용하기 어려웠던 정리수납 서비스 연계, 온열 기구 설치, 입식 가구 설치를 포함하는 등 주 택의 물리적 환경과 거주자의 상황을 고려한 다양한 요소를 적용할 수 있었다. 셋째, 고령 친화 집수리 사업을 통해 고령자의 행위별 자립도가 전반적으로 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이에 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고령자의 노화에 대응하는 사후관리 차원의 주거환경개선뿐만 아니라, 안전사고를 예방하며, 현재와 같은 자립생활을 가능한 오랫동 안 지속할 수 있도록 하는 예방 차원의 집수리가 가능하다. 이는 노인들의 시설 입소를 지연하고 지역사회 내 계속 거주를 지원하여 궁극적으로 공적 부양 부담이 줄어들 수 있 다. 둘째, 고령자 행위를 기반으로 한 고령친화 집수리 항목 도출 과정이 노인을 대상으로 하는 집수리 사업에 적극적으로 적용되어야 하며, 이러한 행위분석을 기초로 한 향후 자 립도 외에 안전성, 편리성 등의 지표를 추가하여 집수리 사업 후의 효과와 의의에 대해 정교하게 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 집수리 후 1년 이후의 추적조사를 통해 지금 현장에서 적용되고 있는 집수리 항목들이 어떤 의미를 내포하는지 분석해볼 필요가 있다.
Case Study on Age-friendly Home Modification - Focusing on the Age-friendly and Personalized Housing Project -
The case analysis showed that, first, age-friendly home modification is a suitable home modification model for independent, semi-independent, and dependent seniors. Second, the age-friendly home modification project was able to apply various factors that took into account the physical environment of the house and the situation of the residents, such as connecting to organizing services, installing heating appliances, and installing standing furniture. Third, it was found that the independence of the elderly by behavior was generally improved through the age-friendly home modification project. The policy implications are as follows: First, it is possible to improve the housing environment not only as a reactive measure to respond to the aging of the elderly, but also as a preventive measure to prevent safety accidents and enable them to continue living independently for as long as possible. This can delay the need for institutionalization and support the elderly to remain in the community, ultimately reducing the burden on the public purse. Second, the process of deriving age-friendly home modification items based on the behavior of the elderly should be actively applied to home modification projects targeting the elderly, and it is necessary to elaborate on the effects and significance of home modification projects by adding indicators such as safety and convenience in addition to future independence based on such behavioral analysis. Finally, it is necessary to analyze the implications of the home modification items currently being applied in the field through a follow-up survey one year after home modification.
