- 생활체육시설의 특성이 주거만족 및 주거선택에 미치는 영향분석 -
생활체육시설은 체육 활동을 통해 육체적·정신적 건강 향상 욕구를 충족시키고 더불어 건강에 대한 관심을 충족하고자 하는 사람들의 주거지 선택에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소로 떠오르고 있다. 또한, 건강에 대한 관심은 보다 나은 삶의 질을 추구하는 사회개념의 확장 으로 인해 주거지 선택에 있어 삶의 질을 충족시키는 요소가 점차 중요해지고 있다. 대한민국의 경제가 빠르게 성장하며 국민소득 수준의 변화에 따른 가치관 변화, 건강한 삶에 대한 관심이 자연스럽게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 국민들의 건강에 대한 관심은 정신 적, 신체적으로보다 나은 삶의 질을 추구하게 되었으며, 이는 직주 근접의 중요성과 여가 시간 증가에 따른 주거만족을 원하는 사회현상을 보고 있다. 또한, 우리나라는 가계의 총 자산에서 부동산이 차지하는 비율이 높으며 가계 구성원의 다양한 요구사항을 충족하기 위한 주거 선택과정은 점차 중요한 자리를 차지하게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 설문조사를 통하여 부동산 선택에 있어 생활체육시설의 특성이 주거 만족과 주거선택에 미치는 관계를 로지스틱 회귀분석과 구조방정식 분석을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 생활체육시설의 운영·시설·입지 특성 3가지 요소가 주거만족과 주거선택에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다.
An Analysis of the Effects of the Characteristics of Sports Facilities on Housing Satisfaction and Housing Choice
As Korea's economy grows rapidly, values change, and the focus on healthy living naturally increases due to changes in national income levels. This focus on health has led to the pursuit of a better quality of life, both mentally and physically. We are seeing a social phenomenon that seeks residential satisfaction due to the importance of proximity to work and increased leisure time. In addition, real estate accounts for a high proportion of total household assets in Korea, and the residential selection process to meet the diverse needs of household members will become increasingly important. Therefore, this paper investigates the relationship between the characteristics of sports facilities and residential satisfaction, as well as future housing choices. This is done through logistic regression and structural equation modeling in real estate selection, using a survey. The results showed that the three factors of operation, facility, and location characteristics of sports facilities have an impact on residential satisfaction and future housing choices.
