- 공인중개사의 개인정보보호법 인식에 관한 연구 -
정보화 사회의 급속한 진전에 따라 개인정보보호의 필요성은 날로 증대하고 있다. 개업 공인중개사는 부동산거래를 중개하는 과정에서 거래당사자의 다양한 개인정보를 알거나 수집하게 된다. 따라서 개업공인중개사의 개인정보처리와 개인정보에 대한 안전성 확보 조치는 중개업 무의 중요부분이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 행태과학적 접근법과 통계적 접근법을 이용하여 공인중개사의 개인정보보호 법에 관한 인식실태를 분석하여 규명하고자 하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 도출하여 개인정보보호에 대한 인식제고와 중개 업무 수행의 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 공인중개사는 개인정보보호법에 대해 명확히 인지 못하고 있어, 실무교육과 연수교육에 이를 필수과목으로 포함하여 교육을 실시하는 것이 바람직하며, 개인정보보호교육에 있어 연령, 학력, 경력 등을 고려한 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 또한 공인중개사법에 중개업무와 개인정보보호와 연관된 사항은 보다 명확히 규정할 필요가 있다.
A Study on Licensed Real Estate Agents’Perception of the Personal Information Protection Act
Along with the rapid advancement of information society, necessity to protect private information is increasing day by day. In-service licensed real estate agents come to know or collect a variety of private information about those involved in real estate transactions while being engaged in the brokerage. Therefore, it is a crucial part in the brokerage of in-service licensed real estate agents to handle private information and take action for securing the safety of it. The purpose of this study is to employ the approaches of behavioral science and of statistics and analyze and understand the actual status of licensed real estate agents’ awareness of the Personal Information Protection Act. Also, based on that, this researcher intends to draw political implications and present ways to enhance their recognition on private information protection and also efficiency in carrying out the brokerage.
