- 주거의 외부구성요인과 건축계획요인의 중요도에 관한 연구 -
건축물은 시대를 살아가는 사람들의 삶을 담는 그릇이라 말한다. 우리의 거주는 집과 일터, 이웃을 포함하는 존재로부터 형성된 유기적관계로 시작된다. 삶을 담은 도시라는 물리적 공간은 인구 급증으로 주택의 대량공급의 필요성이 증가되었고, 이는 다세대·다가구 주택과 연립주택 및 아파트 등 집단적 주택공급을 가져왔다. 현재의 주거는 공급자에 의해서 외형이 좌우되며, 또한 공급자의 행위는 건축설계라는 선행요인에 뒤따르는 결과로 해석될 수 있다. 현재 서울의 주거환 경과 문화를 들여다보면 경제성장에 따라 주택보급률이 높아졌으며, 삶의 질이나 환경이 다양해 지고 복잡해지고 있으며, 다양한 주거형식이 만들어지고 있다. 2000년대 이후 1인가구의 증가, 고령층의 증가, 베이비붐세대의 은퇴 등 사회생활양식의 변화 에 따라 도시형생활주택, 오피스텔(준주택), 청년주택, 신혼부부, 실버주택 등 기존과 다른 주거환 경이 등장하고 있다. 시대의 변화에 따라 거주자의 Needs를 파악하고, 주거환경의 본질적 물음에 대해 기존의 양적공급위주의 주거환경의 변화를 인식하고, 인간 삶에 대한 본질을 담은 주거환경 에 대해 외부 구성요인과 건축계획요인으로 연구·분석하여, 주거환경에 삶의 질 향상을 위한 현 재주거환경의 개선방향 및 새롭게 공급되는 주거환경에 우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인들을 밝혀 내고, 향후 도시민의 건강한 삶과 복지향상을 위해 인간 삶의 본질을 담은 주거환경이 만들어지길 기대한다.
A study on the importance of Residential External configuration and architectural design factors
Our residence begins with organic relationships formed from beings, including homes, workplaces, and neighbors. The physical space of a city that contains life has increased the need for mass supply of housing due to the rapid increase in population, which has resulted in collective housing supply such as multi-family and multi-family houses, townhouses and apartments. The current housing is shaped by the supplier. Also, the supplier's behavior can be interpreted as a result of following the leading factors of architectural design. Looking into the current residential environment and culture of Seoul, the housing supply rate has increased due to economic growth, the quality of life and environment has been diversified and complicated, and various types of housing have been created. Since the 2000s, the number of single households has increased, the number of older people has increased, and the retirement of the baby boomers,etc. as the social life style has changed, urban residential housing, officetels(semi-housing), youth housing, newlyweds, and elderly housing have appeared. Knowing the needs of residents as the times change, By researching and analyzing the residential environment that contains the essence of human life as external components and architectural planning factors, In order to improve the quality of life in the residential environment, the improvement direction of the current residential environment and the factors to be considered in the newly supplied residential environment are first identified, In the future, it is expected that a residential environment containing the essence of human life will be created to improve the health and welfare of urban residents.
