- 풍수지리적 요인이 명동 입지에 미치는 영향 -
본 연구는 풍수지리적 요인 중 사신사와 배산임수, 궁수를 통하여 서울 명동의 입지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 현무 역할을 하고 있는 남산은 명동을 향하여 복종하는 자 세를 취하고 있다. 백호와 청용은 명동을 휘어 감고 있는 형상이고, 안산 은 백호가 그 역 할을 함께하고 있는 형상이다. 따라서 사신사는 모두가 그 역할에 손색이 없는 것으로 분 석되었다. 명동은 배산으로 남산을 임수로 청계천을 사방에 두고 있다. 광교에서 모전교 까지는 궁수를 이루는 형상이고, 삼일교에서 광교까지는 직선수를 이루는 형상이다. 임수 의 분석 결과 궁수를 이루는 신세계, 한국은행, 롯데백화점, SK네트워크, 서울중앙우체국 은 가치가 점점 상승할 것으로 기대하며, 직선수를 이루는 외환은행 본점, 은행회관, 명동 성당, 구 조흥은행 본점 등은 가치상승 후 중단 또는 고갈의 위험이 있음을 예견해 본다. 차 후 명동의 도시재생사업은 풍수지리적 요인이 접목되어 친환경적·자연적인 모습의 명 동이 구현되길 바란다.
Effects of factor of Feng-Shui Theory on Location of Land Moung dong
The purpose of this study is to analyze the location of Myeong - dong of Seoul Feng Shui through the gods. As a result of the analysis, Namsan, who plays a leading role, takes a posture toward Myeong – dong. Backhoe and Cheongyang are the shape that curls Myeong - dong and Anshan is the shape in which the backhoe plays its role. Therefore, it is analyzed that all of the gods are not in favor of the role. Myeong-dong has Cheonggyecheon everywhere with Mt. From Gwanggyo to Mokjong Bridge, it is a shape that forms archers. According to the results of the analysis by Lim, Shinsegae, the Bank of Korea, Lotte Department Store, SK Network, and Seoul Central Post Office are expected to increase in value. The head office of KEB, Bank Hall, Myeongdong Cathedral, Predicts that there is a risk of interruption or exhaustion after a rise in value. I hope that the city revitalization project of Myeong - dong will be accompanied by a Feng Shui factor, so that it will be an eco - friendly and natural appearance.
