- 지식산업센터의 개발 특성에 관한 연구 -
본 연구는 최근 서울을 비롯한 수도권지역을 중심으로 최근 급증하고 있는 지식산업센 터의 개발 사례분석을 통하여 지식산업센터의 체계적인 공급방향과 개발방향, 그리도 발 전방안을 제시하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 결과, 공공주도형 사업방식은 지역 내 산업혁신 거점역할을 수행하는 것을 목적으로 하며 전략산업을 전문적으로 지원 할 수 있 는 조직과 공간을 제공하고, 민간주도형 사업방식은 시장원리에 따른 우수 상품을 공급하 는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 노후지역 도시환경 개선 및 지역민 편의, 문화공간 등을 제공하는 특징이 있다. 민관 합동형 사업방식은 사업안정성과 효율성 강화를 건립 목적으 로 하고 있으며 공공의 장점(안정성)과 민간의 장점(효율성 및 창의성)의 극대화를 모두 살 펴 개발하는 특징이 있다. 지식산업센터의 개발사례를 분석한 결과 건축 및 설계분야에서 의 대안으로는 건물의 경량화, 건식화, 마감재료 경량화 등을 통한 공기 단축 및 공사비 최소화, 설비시설의 고급화(기존 공장과 차별화 되는 환기 시스템 등), 단계별 업무진행에 따른 간소한 인허가 행정절차, 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 인허가 절차 등을 제안 할 수 있다.
A Study on the Characteristic of the Knowledge Industrial Center
The aim of this study is to present the systematic direction of supply and development along with plan through the development case of (fast-growing in metropolitan area) Knowledge-Industry center. The research result indicate that state-led business approach aims to serve as a regional hub of industrial innovation by fulfilling spacial and organizational needs, whereas private-led approach focuses on supplying quality products with its functional characteristics of urban environment reforms and provision of cultural space and convenience. The state-private combined approach sets a goal of improving efficiency and business stability. The Knowledge-Industry center development case implicates that upgrading facilities, lightening finishing materials and building drying, phased working process including licensing procedures.
